A few articles ago we featured a blossoming sub-saharan dandy culture, particularly in Congo, titled Les Sapeurs. The Dandies, known as les sapeurs, are men well versed in what some Cameroonians would call ‘geste’, what Americans call “dapper” and what is essentially a fabulous culture of gentility and panache.
